TESO Investment developed and launched new businesses across several industries. Each project had a different business model, revenue logic, cost structure, investment need, and operating risk.
Work
- Built separate industry-specific financial models instead of using one generic model.
- Prepared market-entry plans, revenue forecasts, profitability plans, pricing analysis, and break-even analysis.
- Worked on inventory planning, HR and salary planning, cash-flow planning, and funding needs analysis.
- Reviewed reports prepared by the finance team and reported financial performance to the board.
- Used Power BI dashboards for board-level reporting and project performance monitoring.
- Held monthly meetings with project leads and CEOs to review progress, explain variances, and challenge assumptions when the numbers did not support the plan.

Supported structured financial planning and reporting for 18 venture projects from development to market launch.
