Financial Analyst — USA Division

Worked as the sole financial analyst for the USA division, reporting to the USA CEO and the group Chief Finance and Strategy Officer.

Automated a daily cash-flow reporting process using Excel, VBA, Power Query, formulas, dropdown categorization, and structured formatting, reducing almost a full day of manual work to approximately 30 minutes.

Lead Finance Manager

Led the finance function, built financial planning and reporting structures from the ground up, and supported the financial development and launch of 18 businesses.

Helped build the finance function and reporting infrastructure for 18 venture projects from an early stage, including board reporting, project-level models, and financial review processes.
